Final fav from this weeks shoot in Clumber Park. This image shot from across the small pond next to the grotto. The whole scene was very dark, the area is covered with trees and heavy skies really made the place moody. To get the correct exposure on Lisa' dress I had my assistant squash into the left corner behind the pillar and boom the light into the roof space of the grotto behind the couple. Doing this has given a good spread of light and perfect exposure on the dress and her hair and assisted in separating Jason from the grey stones behind him.
I would have loved to get a full reflection but the pond is too small, oh well. Taking this picture drew quite a crowd along the fences, main reason being i was hanging from a tree branch over the pond, with the occasional cracking noise we all thought it was going to end badly, all was well.
