I just gave it a try to do a different kind of photoshoot, and It was like a just fell in love with it.
And to self be the model, to fix stuff, like for example in this photo paint the eyebrows and try to get the feeling of a little 1920's, because i absolutely love the 20's, it's just so wonderful and fun.

This was our Christmas present to each other, 2 nights away from the world.
90 mile beach is 90 miles of pure heaven.
Also, swimming in clothes and spontaneous adventures are good for the soul.

I have been spending about the whole day watching photoshop tutorials for more creative ways of editing pictures and i found some very interesting ones. i had been seeing the test image thingy but was not sure how it was actually done till i watched the tutorials of it. really great stuff.
i Gave it a try after about 12 times of watching the vid and finally got used to it, so this is what i did to one of Sibo's pictures i had reserved to use as learning samples for my photoshop personal training
after the whole thing, i found this stones on the beach image i had and blended it into the image to give it a kind of a texture.
The Test used in this one was of Sibo's Facebook page as she won the Face Of Zimbabwe contest and i used almost all her Status updates to get the text. if u look closer, u would be able to read something inspirational, or even get her email address :D

On Sunday I had offered to help a local model get started on her career. She has no really good photos in her portfolio yet so she was having trouble attractive photographers. Well she was a no-show on me. She didn't come to the session and didn't let me know. I had booked the studio so I was not only wasting my time, but also my money.
I explained my predicament on a local modelling forum and Kaplan here offered to come meet me in the studio. We both got a little bit of practice. She was so sweet and cooperative. I am very thankful for her time. The best part is she made her way from an audition to help at a charity fashion show directly to help me. A good heart indeed.
