A legend is leaving the Neilson offices today. Mr Steve Farrar.
He's worked for the company for even longer than I have, and he has had the unenviable task of heading up the Winter Operations Team. He loves his skiing though and I'm sure he'll be back on the slopes with us soon as a guest.
I think he won't miss the weekend phone calls he gets though if a plane is delayed or diverted!
