Jesse f/2.8 (Thanks for 7000 views!) has added a photo to the pool:
Nikon D300 with AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D @ f/2, 1/250s
"Jesse A. Adams, Portrait Background Scout"
Two notes on my 365 today:
1. These images are SOOC, or straight out of camera, for those of you who aren't familiar with the acronym. Straight from my D300, no saturation, color or exposure editing.
2. My goal was to find portrait backgrounds that I might want to eventually use. Gotta love light bokeh patterns!
And 3.) Late upload.
Okay, so that's three.
For these shots I also had a speedlight that I was trying to incorporate, but with those shots, the backgrounds were exposed a little darker by the light fall off. Plus, I'm no model. Hah! So forget about those test frames.
Thought I'd share. If you're bored and need to kill some time, either do a SOOC shoot and try to nail it, (I was NOT trying btw, I plan to soon) or else go hunt for some good potential backgrounds and model yourself for a taste of what the location might be like! Just an idea.
