Self Portrait Week 1 – (2nd – 8th Jan 2012)

I was processing a more 'depressing' looking photo of me, then I thought it's the New Year and it's the first time I upload photo in 2012, so I changed to this one instead.

First week coming back to work after the Christmas holidays, it was very difficult to get up at 6am again after the holiday non-structured life.

Is there anything interesting this week?......Oh yes, today is the 1 year anniversary of me moving to Swindon for my new job, on the 8th Jan 2011 I dragged my two suitcases and a backpack, changed two trains, three taxies from Milton Keynes to London Euston then from London Paddington to Swindon.

Two of my colleagues started at the same time as me, we are planning to have a meal on the 10th - the date we actually started working in the company. Another good news is that I’m going to have my annual performance evaluation next week, I believe I will receive a pay rise, I worked so hard and I deserve it! :-)
