Even though I’d requested a window seat, the chap at the check-in desk seemingly ignored me and gave me an aisle seat. My window seat went to an Italian woman who is just over halfway through The Man in the Iron Mask.

After a few snaps I realised that I wouldn’t be able to take a decent out-of-the-window shot.

I asked her if she wouldn’t mind taking some photographs for me. She flashed me a winning smile and said that she would love to. She gingerly took the camera and snapped away quite happily for close to ten minutes.
