Heh, I remember thinking as I approached Julie that if she knew how long I'd been stalking her she'd never have agreed to pose. I followed her from Trafalgar Square, across the lights and quite a way up the next street waiting for a decent spot to take a picture. Once I thought I had it sussed which way she was going, I walked past, found a good spot and waited. I then approached her as if it was all spontaneous: "Hi, may I take a portrait of you?"
Actually it was Julie's stylish outfit that drew me to her but I still had the zoom lense on so was never going to get a full length picture of her which is a shame but I was very happy to get a good face shot. The zoom delivers a much better background than my my kit lense which I am enjoying.
Julie's a Londoner and has a lovely smile too but I preferred this one which is a little enigmatic.
Thanks Julie for stopping and agreeing to be a part of my project, I really enjoyed taking your picture.
