Man, this was an awesome way to get the day started! Hahaha! My wife broke a glass yesterday and put it in the trash. I clearly forgot about it. This morning when I pulled the bag out of the can, I did like I always do - I push all of the trash down, smashing it before tying off the bag and taking it to the can outside.
Well.... as you can see, I clearly pressed down directly over the broken glass, thus, breaking it more and taking a small chunk out of my finger tip. The glass was masked by a couple paper towels that were sitting on top of it. I just clearly forgot it was there.
I figured, well, there's today's photo! See, that's the thing, while this is supposed to be a photo a day for an entire year, it's also a documentation of my life of sorts. Personally, I HATE maintaining a blog. I absolutely hate it. This here flickr account, and really, this 366 project serve as my blog. Great thing, it gets updated daily! It's weird how I hate blogging, but love writing novels on flickr. Hahaha.
Back to my finger, I cannot believe how much this thing bled. I even got real weird with it and started finger painting and throwing splats all over my backdrop. It's now like this weird piece of abstract art that was made of blood, and it is COVERED, by the way. I don't know if I will cut part off and frame it, or just toss it altogether. It does look kinda cool - just a bit weird though. Hahaha.
Big thanks to my wife for snapping these for me. To be fair, I did set up the shots and settings. I love her and she's so awesome for always contributing to my photos!
